LUBEX® FORMEN OIL M-4

Multifunctional mold and preservation oil, environmentally friendly, prepared on the basis of biodegradable raw materials, refined low-viscosity hydrocarbon fractions, corrosion inhibitors, water-displacing additives and adhesion-improving additives. It can be easily removed with alkaline detergents and organic solvents.

Typical use

It is designed to protect ferrous and aluminum metal molds for concrete and concrete tiles. It is used for the protection and lubrication of metal molds for smaller concrete products and punching machines, especially in the production of concrete tiles.

LUBEX® FORMEN OIL 3 CT STRONG

Multifunctional mold and preservation oil, environmentally friendly, prepared on the basis refined vegetable oils, oil derivatives and non-aromatic solvents. It can be easily removed with alkaline detergents and organic solvents.

Typical use

Universal release agent for separation of formworks and molds, suitable for production of concrete roof tiles, however, it can also be used as a protective agent for machines and equipment. The oil creates a microfilm with excellent adhesion to steel and aluminum surfaces.

Mold oil for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), made from refined mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors, water-displacing additives, anti-oxidation additives and special adhesion additives.

It is designed to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metal molds for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC). It is used where it is desired to prevent oil dripping. Thanks to its excellent water displacing effects and increased oxidative stability, it is a reliable release oil.

LUBEX® KERAMEX 119

Release agent, made on the basis of non-aromatic hydrocarbons, refined mineral oils, corrosion inhibitors and special biodegradable adhesion additives. The amount of pollutants such as sulfur, aromatics and polycyclic aromatics is below the limit of quantification.

Typical use

It is designed for lubrication of steel and resin molds in the production of rotationally symmetrical objects. The product is particularly suitable for use in ceramic insulators for firing (burning) process.
