LUBEX® KOMP 46 VDL

Mineral compressor oil made from highly refined base oils, oxidation and corrosion inhibitors.

Typical use

High quality compressor oil on mineral oil basis, designed for use in piston and rotary-screw air compressors with pressure lubricated oil up to temperatures of 200°C. It is suitable for lubrication of high-performance piston compressors, handling and compressing air or other inert gases (eg. nitrogen).

LUBEX® ON 32

Oil for low temperatures, which is mixture of naphtenic mineral oils and special additives.

Typical use

It is used for lubricating ammonia refrigeration compressors. It is not miscible with CFC (freon) refrigerants. It can also be used as a bearings (machine) oils, if good fluidity at low temperature is required, in the appropriate viscosity class according to ISO VG. It can also be used as a lubricating oil to lubricate some delicate mechanisms exposed to low temperatures.

LUBEX® TERM BASIC 32

This oil is mixture of appropriately selected refined mineral oils with high viscosity index, capable of providing high performance for indirect heat transfer in technological apparatus in closed systems.

Typical use

Oil for indirect heat transfer in closed systems up to temperatures of max. 230°C. Maximum contact temperature with heater (film temperature) is 260°C. An inert environment (nitrogen overpressure) must be permanently maintained in heating system. It meet the requirements of DIN 51 522.
